Trip to Sabah with family

Last few months ago which is April, I and my family had gone to this lovely country which is Sabah. Our trip was 4 days 3 nights. We take early fight which is around 6.05am.

When we reach KKIA around 7.30am, my father’s friend had pick us up and go for breakfast then around 2pm we checked in our hotel. At first day we just went to the shopping mall nearby our hotel which is Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. Suria Shopping Mall had a lot of different kinds of shop that sell different stuff. Furthermore, there was a cinema too. After shopping for whole day, we went for dinner at Lido Hawker Centre. There were many kind of food and the price is quite cheap. After finish our dinner, we went back to our hotel and take rest.

Second day we went for our breakfast at downstair which located at Gaya Street. There were many coffee shop and different kind of food. After having breakfast, we went to Imago Shopping Mall. There was some performance been held there and many people were watching. After shopping at Imago Shopping Mall, we went to Lido Hawker Centre’s coffee shop to have our lunch. The lunch was cheap and clean. After lunch, we move to our next destination which is Lok Kawi Wildlife Centre. There was a lot of animals and the staff there were so friendly. We also managed to get to their animal show and fish finding. After we had gone to Lok Kawi Wildlife Centre, we went to town area to look for dinner. At last we went to their famous Bak Kut Teh coffee shop which located at Jalan Damai. The Bak Kut Teh really taste delicious and the price also reasonable. After we finish our dinner, we went to their waterfront to take a walk then we just went back to our hotel and take rest.

On third day, we plan to Kundasang for a day trip. We rent a van and the driver was reach around at 8am. We start our first destination which is their handcraft market. There were a lot of handcraft been sell. We also bought some of their handcraft as souvenir for our relatives and family. After we stop at the handcraft market for 30minutes, we went to our second destination which is Desa Dairy Farm. The weather was cold and fresh. There were a lot of cow and goat being reared. At around 11.30am, they allow people to feed the calf and lamb. Around 12pm the driver introduces us a little café to have our lunch. After lunch we went to the Poring hot spring and we did challenges the canopy walk. At last we also managed to walk all of the 4 platform of the canopy walk. After that we went to the rabbit farm. There were a lot of rabbits.

Before we went inside the rabbit farm, the staff taught us how to hold the rabbit and how to feed the rabbit. The rabbit was cute and it is hard to hold the rabbit because the rabbit wouldn’t let you carry it. After we went to rabbit farm, we started to go back to the town area. Once we reach town area, we went back to our hotel and after we had rest for a while we went for our dinner. We walk to Suria Sabah Mall and took our dinner at KFC. After dinner, we were started to have our shopping at Suria Sabah Mall. Around 10pm we also started to leave the mall and walk back to our hotel and get rest.

On last day, we had a light breakfast at our hotel. Around 11am we checked out our hotel and my father’s friend came to pick us. After picking us, we went to Central Point Sabah to have our lunch. After lunch, we started to shop around and bought some souvenir. After shopping we take a short teatime and we have roti canai for our teatime. Around 4pm, we went to airport for waiting for boarding. While we waiting we had MCD for our dinner and walk around KKIA. Around 7.30pm we started to boarding and on 8pm we get in our flight. From this trip, I had experience a lot of new thing and know more about their cultural. Sabah will always be one of my favourite travel country.
